I have a few more recipes from yesterday here, but the hits from yesterday were soy ice cream and fruit pops and, recipe below, the grilled pineapple with coconut. Grilled fruit and alcohol? Yes, please!

Ingredients

* 4-5 slices fresh pineapple (we ended up using a whole pineapple!)
* 2 tbsp. dark rum
* 2 tbsp. agave nectar

I made this last night and it was delicious, easy and awesome

-2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

-1tsp allspice

-1 1/2 tsp cinnemon

-1 tbsp brown sugar

-1/2 cup corn oil

-a few dashed chipotle hot sauce

I've been getting cravings for BBQ sandwiches(mainly the shredded kind) yet I have never fixed them in my life (not even as an omni).

Any recipes and tips on how to fix them?

Is there any reason for a vegan household to own a BBQ grill? I kind of want one, although I'm having trouble coming up with what we'd actually put on it.

Do any of you do this and have any fabulous grilled-veggie inspiration to share?
